Leadership-Only Feedback: Feedback and testimonials are to be exclusively provided by recognized leadership within Indigenous communities.

Collection Methods: Testimonials are to be collected via standardized Likert surveys available at pehta.org, or through direct interviews and feedback mechanisms internally using the same template. It is crucial that community leadership feel comfortable and safe in sharing their insights. These testimonials will reflect a spectrum of experiences, ranging from positive to negative, and provide direct insight into the nature of industry-community relationships.

The focus on leadership-only feedback ensures that the voices collected and shared are authoritative and representative of the Indigenous communities' views and experiences. This approach is integral to maintaining the integrity and credibility of the feedback process under the Pehta Framework.
