2.4.8.2 Scale and Point Allocation

The point system will follow a scale from 0 to 10, with 0 being the least favorable response and 10 being the most favorable. Each step in the response options will be incremented by 2.5 points. The allocation of points for each response category in the Likert survey will be as follows:

First Response Option (e.g., "Very Poor", "Not at all", "Very Unresponsive"): 0 points

Second Response Option (e.g., "Poor", "Slightly", "Unresponsive"): 2.5 points

Third Response Option (Neutral): 5 points

Fourth Response Option (e.g., "Good", "Mostly", "Responsive"): 7.5 points

Fifth Response Option (e.g., "Very Good", "Completely", "Very Responsive"): 10 points
