3.4.3.2 Generalized Occupation Levels

Beyond the traditional and expected Indigenous Community Employment - Direct reporting, industry must provide an analysis showcasing their success with Indigenous employment against the backdrop of generalized occupation levels. This approach will provide a clearer understanding of where Indigenous voices exists throughout an organization and their ability to play a role in shaping industries efforts and direction.
