3.4.4 Employees' Right to Withdraw Consent

It is paramount that employees retain the right to withdraw their consent regarding the use of their unique diverse identities in participant reporting. The Anonymized Matched Diversity Analysis (AMDA) process not only facilitates the collection of such identities but also inherently includes a mechanism allowing employees to retract their participation in the process altogether. This mechanism respects the principles of Free, Prior, and Informed Consent, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for employees from the outset when sharing their diverse identities.
