The intent of this table is to display the compensation paid to employees based on their Indigenous identity and Community affiliation as a percentage of the total compensation for the industry workforce. This table serves as the context in which all other employment analysis stems from. By developing this table, it ensures that industry when requested by the community can accurately report on the employment benefit their hiring practices have resulted in with specific Indigenous communities.
